With so many sites and attractions of natural and cultural significance, any day can be an adventure in Wollongong. The untouched forest of Illawarra Escarpment is perfect for bushwalking, and the Sublime Point Walking Track, just north of Thirroul, climbs to a lookout over Bulli and the coastline. To the west are the Mount Keira and Mount Kembla ring tracks. Horseback riding is another great way to explore the area, with Otford Farm and Darkes Forest Riding Ranch offering trail rides. An expansive network of shared scenic pathways makes exploring by bike ideal, and motor enthusiasts can explore the region on the back of a Harley Davidson on a motorcycle tour.
